Melissa is a 2007 graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where she received her PHD in Quantum (Particles) Physics. Five years earlier, she received a four-year degree in Astrophysics at the same prestigious institution. Since her graduation, she has taught Physics and Astronomy at her alma mater as well as at local colleges. She brings an extraordinary brilliant mind to Trident as well as a wealth of expertise in computer technology. She has created the Trident web site from scratch as opposed to using a template. She is currently developing a property management software package for small to medium property management companies. Trident will be the beta tester for this advanced, but user- friendly software which will be marketed under a sister corporation.
Melissa grew up in Jacksonville, FL and currently resides in Albany, NY with her husband, Mark, and their two cats.
